DerEnate Syrah-Shiraz ist konzentriert und stoffig mit Anklängen an Pfeffer, Maulbeeren und Schokolade. Seine vielschichtig gefällt bis zum letzten Schluck. Enate hat von Anfang an nach den Sternen gegriffen. Es war das erklärte Ziel, Weine zu machen, die in der Weltspitze mitspielen. Dazu haben sie sich einen der profilierten Weinmacher Spaniens geholt: Jesus Artajona. Seiner Handschrift verdanken wir auch den Enate Syrah-Shiraz.
