Der Sauvignon Blanc präsentiert sich mitglänzend, hellgelber Farbe im Glas, das Bouquet ist intensiv, mit feiner Kräuterwürze unterlegte zarte Stachelbeernuancen, dezent nach gelbem Pfirsich, etwas Grapefruit. Kräftig, gute Komplexität, weiße Fruchtnuancen, angenehmer Säurebogen, Limetten im Abgang, mineralischer Nachhall, gutes Entwicklungspotential." Ein großartiger Weißwein und für uns einer der besten Sauvignon Blanc aus Österreich.
