Duft: aromatisch intensives Bouquet, geprägt von der saftig exotischen Sauvignon-Frucht (Mango, Pfirsich, Ananas) und grasig-kräutrigen, auch leicht vegetabilen Noten (Spargel) mit einem Hauch süßer Vanille und Kokosnuss als subtile Erinnerungen an die neue französische und amerikanische Eiche. Geschmack: aromatisch intensiv und kraftvoll mit perfekter Balance von saftiger Frucht, lebhafter Säure und verführerischer Exotik, unterlegt mit feiner Kräuterfrische und, auch am Gaumen, den zarten Kokos-Vanille-Grüßen der neuen Eiche, hoch elegant mit bemerkenswerter Länge im Finale.
